Aida Balayeva

In 2000, she graduated from Almaty Abay State University, in 2007 she graduated from Kazakh National Agrarian University.

From 1999 to 2002, she worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, head of department of Almaty Regional Department of Information and Public Accord.

From 2002-2004, she was the head of the department of analysis and coordination of socio-political processes of Almaty City Department of Information and Public Accord.

In 2004, she was the Head of the Department of Analysis and Forecasting of the Almaty City Department of Information.

From 2004 to 2005, she was Deputy Head of the Almaty City Department of Information.

From 2005 to 2006, she was Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Policy of Almaty. Almaty.

From 2006 to 2008, she was the Director of the Department of Internal Policy of Almaty.

From 2008 to 2010, she was the Head of the Department of Internal Policy of Astana.

From 2010 to 2014, she was Deputy Akim of Astana.

From 2014 to 2019, she was Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2020, she was Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Head of the Department for control over consideration of appeals of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2022, she was Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2023, she was Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On Sept. 2, 2023 she was appointed Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 6, 2024,  she was appointed Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the Head of State.
