Half-year results: Dynamics of socio-economic development of Aktobe region shows stable growth

 

One of the largest industrial regions of the country — Aktobe region stands out mainly for the combination of leading industries in the economy — mining, chemical, engineering. A significant share in the formation of the regional budget is processing of agricultural raw materials and the agricultural industry in general, with a predominance of grain farming and pasture sheep breeding. As the figures show, following the results of 6 months of this year, a stable macroeconomic situation remains in Aktobe region. The short-term economic indicator index was 105.5%. There is an increase in the main socio-economic indicators: industry — 108.2% (997.2 billion tenge), agriculture — 102.6% (117 billion tenge), investments — 111.9% (292.8 billion tenge), construction — 105.4% (76.9 billion tenge), housing commissioning — 104.1% (366.5 thousand m2), wholesale turnover — 103.3% (458.6 billion tenge), retail turnover — 101, 4% (278.2 billion tenge).

The gross regional product at the end of the 1st quarter of 2021 amounted to 686.4 billion tenge or 100.6% over the same period last year.

In turn, in the structure of the gross regional product, industry accounts for 40.4%, wholesale and retail trade 16%, transport and warehousing 6.7%, construction 4.7%, agriculture 4.1%.

Despite the consequences of the pandemic and quarantine measures, most sectors of the economy in the region are developing according to an optimistic scenario.

First of all, it concerns the sphere of industry, which is the main branch of the regional economy. At the end of 2020, the volume of industrial production amounted to 1,750.5 billion tenge (IFO — 103%). For 6 months 2021 — 997.2 billion tenge, IFO — 108.2%. At the end of the 1st quarter of 2021, the share of industry in the structure of the region's GRP was 40.4%.

Positive dynamics of development in agriculture

This year, despite the negative impact of the pandemic in the world on the development of the economy, in the field of agriculture of the region, positive dynamics have been preserved and a number of specific works are being carried out.

In 2021, for the purpose of state support for agriculture, 22.7 billion tenge of subsidies were allocated from the republican and local budgets.

Under the Enbek program, 1.3 billion tenge is provided for 294 projects. In addition, in May of this year, when the republican budget was clarified, 2 billion tenge was additionally approved for lending to the population.

As a result of state support and the work done, following the results of 6 months of this year, products were produced for 116.9 billion tenge, an increase in comparison with 2020 amounted to 2.6%. Including crop production — 2.6 billion tenge or 100%, livestock — 113.7 billion tenge or 2.7%.

In the livestock sector, the growth in the number of farm animals was: cattle — by 7% (632.8 thousand heads), sheep and goats — by 1.7% (1,442.7 thousand heads), horses — by 24.1% (204.6 thousand heads).

Meat in live weight compared to last year increased by 101.7% (57.9 thousand tons), eggs — 98.5% (87.7 million pieces), respectively, milk — by 2.8% (113, 3 thousand tons).

In the crop growing industry this year, spring sowing was carried out on an area of ​​591.2 thousand hectares. Cereals were sown on an area of ​​419.2 thousand hectares, oilseeds on an area of ​​68.3 thousand hectares, fodder crops on an area of ​​91.7 thousand hectares, potatoes on an area of ​​6.2 thousand hectares, and vegetables and melons on an area of ​​5,8 thousand hectares.

Sowing work was completed on time.

The volume of investments in fixed assets increased by 12%

The volume of investments in fixed assets increased by 12% and amounted to 292.8 billion tenge.

By the end of the year, it is planned to commission 31 projects worth 125.7 billion tenge with the creation of more than 900 jobs.

The largest of them are:

- Wind power plant Badamsha - 2, LLP Arm Wind (36 billion tenge, 15 jobs);

- Data processing center of West Smart Trading LLP (13.8 billion tenge, 15 jobs);

- Data processing center of Blue Energy Invest LLP (13 billion tenge, 35 jobs);

- Reconstruction of a complex gas treatment unit with a capacity of 40 thousand m3 / hour at the Kozhasai field by Gas Processing Company LLP (5 billion tenge, 5 jobs);

- Production of mobile drilling rigs by Kazakhstan Oil Equipment Plant LLP (3.1 billion tenge, 100 jobs).

Until the end of 2021, it is planned to attract 801 billion tenge. investment. Planned volume of investments in fixed assets for 2021-2025 is 5.7 trillion tenge. In this regard, a pool of 184 investment projects for 2021-2025 was compiled. in the amount of 2.9 trillion tenge.

At the end of last year, the share of SMEs in GRP amounted to 23.8%.

Following the results of 5 months of this year. in Aktobe region, the total number of registered SMEs amounted to about 72.3 thousand units. (72,341) and in comparison with the same period last year, the growth was 105.4%, of which the number of operating SMEs in the region amounted to 63 thousand units (62,995) and increased by 5.1%.

The number of citizens employed in the SME sector reached about 156 thousand people (155,983) and amounted to 101.8%.

The volume of products manufactured, work performed and services rendered by SMEs in 2020 amounted to 1.114 trillion tenge or 109.1%.

At the end of last year, the share of SMEs in GRP amounted to 23.8%, which is 3.3% higher than the level of the same period of 2019.

At the end of the first half-year, 366.5 thousand m2 of housing or 2,529 apartments were commissioned in the region

Due to all sources financing, the planned value of housing commissioning of 1050 thousand m2 was approved.

At the same time, in pursuance of the NurOtan party's election program, the goal was set to commission 1,181,000 m2 of housing.

According to the results of January-June of this year, 366.5 thousand m2 of housing or 2,529 apartments were commissioned, which is 4.1% higher compared to last year's level. By the end of this year, it is planned to additionally commission at least 814.5 thousand m2 of housing. Of these, in all areas of the program:

Individual housing

In the region, the priority among the population is individual housing construction. This year, it is planned to build 783.7 thousand m2 or 3918 individual residential buildings in the city of Aktobe and districts of the region at the expense of the population's own funds.

Commercial housing

At the expense of non-state enterprises in Aktobe, it is planned to build 319.8 thousand m2 or 1,979 apartments.

Rental housing

By the end of the year, it is planned to build 40.7 thousand m2 of rental housing without the right to purchase or 774 apartments for socially vulnerable groups of the population and large families in the region. In total, 4.9 billion tenge was allocated in this direction.

In addition, in 2021, 760.4 million tenge was allocated from the Republic of Belarus for the purchase of 91 finished apartments for low-income large families in 2021.

Credit housing

At the expense of a repayable loan of Baiterek Development JSC through Otbasy Bank, this year it is planned to build 36.8 thousand m2 of credit housing or 579 apartments. In total, 4.4 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of credit housing.

Within the framework of the Nurly Zher program, 11.1 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of engineering and communication infrastructure this year, including from the republican budget — 10 billion tenge, from the local budget — 1.1 billion tenge.

It is planned to use these funds to build 824 km of engineering networks (power supply, gas supply, water supply and sewerage).

According to the program of mortgage lending 7-20-25, today the JSC Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund cooperates with 8 second-tier banks.

12 construction companies are selling their real estate under the program. As of July 8, 2021, 3,203 applications were accepted for the amount of 28.5 billion tenge, of which 1,831 applications were approved for the amount of 16.3 billion tenge.

Today in the region there are 33,749 citizens in the lists of those in need of housing, of which: WWII veterans — 5 people, orphans — 3,290 people, socially vulnerable segments of the population — 13,873 people, large families — 3,600, civil servants and workers budgetary organizations — 12 843, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose dwellings are recognized as emergency — 138 people.

For the period January-July 2021, 459 families from the waiting list were provided with housing in the akimat, including 24 families in the queue, 10 families as part of the Baqytty Otbasy program, 425 families as part of the Shanyrak pilot project.

Out of 24 families that received housing in turn: orphans — 3 people, socially vulnerable segments of the population — 6 people, large families — 13, civil servants and employees of budgetary organizations — 2.

By the end of the year, the share of good roads in the region will be 66%

In 2021, 100 projects are being implemented on local roads for the amount of 21.3 billion tenge (Republican Budget — 10.4 billion tenge, Local budget — 11.3 billion tenge), of which under the Nurly Zhol program — 12.1 billion tenge for implementation 27 projects.

It is planned to repair 451.3 km of highways, including: 315.4 km of local highways (109.9 km of regional and 205.4 km of regional significance); 135.9 km of the road network.

The length of roads being repaired under the Nurly Zhol program is 297.7 km (84.9 km of regional and 212.8 km of regional significance).

It is planned that as of 01.01.2022 the share of local roads in good and satisfactory condition will amount to 66%.

As part of the development of the republican road network of the Aktobe region in 2021, it is planned to fully commission the section of the Aktobe-Atyrau - Russian border (to Astrakhan), Kandyagash - Makat with a length of 214 km, to date, a passage for vehicles with a length of 185 km is provided. The cost of the project is 46.8 billion tenge.

Reconstruction of the Aktobe - Kandyagash section with a length of 89 km has begun, the total cost of the project is 62.5 billion tenge.

The road will be reconstructed from category III to category I-B, new construction of a bypass for Alga and Kandyagash is envisaged.

Also, to date, to start the development of design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the road of republican significance Aktobe - Khromtau - Karabutak - Ulgaysyn, the republican budget has allocated 100 million tenge. The total cost of design estimates is 1.2 billion tenge.

Implementation of Employment Roadmap under the constant control

By the end of 2020, 258 out of 300 infrastructure projects were completed in Aktobe region within the framework of Employment Roadmap. Due to the lagging behind the construction and installation schedule and the risk of non-development, 42 projects were transferred to 2021.

The total financing of the Employment Roadmap amounted to 41.5 billion tenge, of which 99.5% or 41.3 billion tenge was spent. 12.1 thousand people or 105% of the plan were employed, of which 51% (6.1 thousand people) were employed through Employment centers. 374 people found permanent jobs. The average salary of those employed was 87 thousand tenge, the share of Kazakh content was on average 94.6%.

In general, thanks to the implementation of the Roadmap, the unemployment rate in the region decreased from 4.9% to 4.8% (one of 2 regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Employment Roadmap 2021

This year, the limit has been increased for a total amount of 5.6 billion tenge. (Republican budget — 3.2 billion tenge, bonds — 2.4 billion tenge).

To date, within the limit, a list of 16 projects has been formed (the latest changes were approved by the Ministry of Labor) for the construction of social facilities with the creation of 1,182 jobs (temporary — 576, permanent — 606).

Among them: 16 projects in areas:

- education — 8 projects for 3.4 billion tenge;

- healthcare — 3 projects for 458.9 million tenge;

- sports — 1 project for 761.7 million tenge.

- social provision — 4 projects for 994.6 million tenge.

In addition, this year an additional limit of 8.4 billion tenge was brought up. (including microcrediting for small and medium-sized businesses — 1.3 billion tenge; agro-industrial complex — 6.1 billion tenge; business — 1 billion tenge).

For microcrediting small and medium-sized businesses through financial institutions, it is planned to finance microfinance organizations (MFOs), created jointly with the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" and JSC SEC Aktobe (share participation here is 51% and 49%).

To date, structural and internal regulatory documents of MFOs have been developed, measures have been taken to replenish the authorized capital and a license from the Financial Market Regulatory Agency has been obtained.

Qualitative composition of the unemployed is changing in the region

According to experts, in recent years the qualitative composition of the unemployed has been changing in a positive direction in the region.

According to statistics, in the region, today, the unemployed who already have an income, but are looking for a higher-paying job with a salary of over 100 thousand tenge, in the presence of vacancies with a salary from 55 to 100 thousand tenge, enter the labor market today.

The main factor affecting the annual number of unemployed is the discrepancy between labor supply and demand in the labor market. There are enough vacancies in the region that do not require special qualifications (construction, road repair, housing and communal services, industry, trade). Employers are ready to accept everyone. Today there are over 1,700 open vacancies.

In the agricultural formations of the region, workers of complex physical labor (auxiliary workers) and specialists are required. (mechanic, farmer manager, combine operator, veterinarian, tractor driver, milker, livestock breeder, shepherd, etc.) Annually, the demand is within 350 units. While some of the unemployed, especially young people, are looking for office work.

At the end of the 1st quarter of 2021, the average monthly salary of one employee is 196,060 tenge or 116.5% over the same period last year.

Work continues in the region to ensure employment of the population, including within the framework of the Enbek program

In order to take measures to ensure employment of the population and reduce social tension this year, local executive bodies plan to involve 53 thousand unemployed and self-employed in active measures of employment. During the reporting period, assistance was provided in the employment of 26.2 thousand people or 49.4%, including:

- 13,828 people were employed in vacant jobs;

- 1,569 people for social jobs;

- 584 people were sent to youth practice;

- 7,087 people take part in public works, including 860 people in the Zhasyl El detachments.

As part of the implementation of additional measures to promote employment under the project First Job, 54 people were employed, Contract of Generations — 56 people.

Received grants for the implementation of new business ideas 690 people, loans 361 people.

According to the Department of Statistics, the number of unemployed in the region is 21 thousand people. Thanks to the measures taken to ensure employment of the population, the unemployment rate remained at the last year's level of 4.8% (RK — 4.9%).

Also, within the framework of the Enbek Program, it is planned to send 944 people to short-term vocational training this year. A list of 19 most employable professions has been compiled for which training will be carried out (veterinary orderly, seamstress, hairdresser, cook, welder, locksmith, pastry chef, tractor driver, electrician, boiler room operator, etc.).

To date, 824 people have been sent for training. (87.3%), including 705 (86%) rural residents. For peasant farms, 127 tractor drivers and 57 veterinary orderlies are being trained. A total of 152 people completed their training, of which 141 people (93%) were employed. Training continues.

About 850 million tenge paid to targeted social assistance.

Today, socially vulnerable segments of the population, including low-income and large families, are provided with several types of assistance. Among them are a monthly state allowance for large families, targeted social assistance, a guaranteed social package, social assistance according to decisions of local representative bodies, housing assistance for low-income families, a housing certificate under the Baqytty Otbasy program, charitable assistance.

For 6 months of this year, 5,114 families with a composition of 24,063 people with an income below the poverty line were assigned targeted social assistance in the amount of 848 million tenge, 6029 children from among recipients of targeted social assistance aged 1 to 6 years are provided with a guaranteed social package in the amount of 169.5 million tenge.

As of July 1, 2021, in the region, a monthly state allowance for large families was received by 19,534 families for 84,803 children in the amount of 5,847.4 million tenge.

In addition, housing assistance is provided to low-income families. For 6 months of this year, in the region, housing assistance was assigned to 490 families in the amount of 6.7 million tenge and a housing certificate was issued to 41 families in the amount of 34 million tenge.

Additional social assistance was provided to some categories of citizens based on decisions of local representative bodies, including the needy and in difficult life situations. A total of 13,128 citizens were paid 727.2 million tenge.

Due to sponsorship, charitable assistance was provided to 3,214 families in the amount of 69 million tenge.

Service 109 and RD Jardem are popular

The region is actively implementing the automated and centralized system (ACS) RD Jardem in the Situation Center of the Akimat of Aktobe region. The system will provide:

  • communication with the population through a round-the-clock Call-center with a short number "109" (free calls from city, mobile operators) and prompt resolution of complaints and suggestions received;
  • monitoring of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.);
  • collection, processing and analysis of information necessary for the functioning of information and analytical models, which are used to prepare draft management decisions and information and analytical materials;
  • information and analytical support for agreed decisions of an operational and strategic nature;
  • preparation of information, information and reference and information and analytical materials at the request of the regional administration;
  • implementation of situational and / or simulation modeling of the development of situations in certain spheres of life in the region;
  • the required level of protection of information processed in the situation center.

  • as a result of solving problematic issues of residents, an increase in the level of trust of citizens and the public in the authorities should be expected;
  • high-quality and timely solution of issues related to the improvement of the regional center and settlements of the region.

  • improving the quality, timeliness and efficiency of the performance of the functional duties of civil servants,
  • increasing the efficiency of government agencies and services,
  • coordinated interaction of government agencies and services in processing applications,
  • rational allocation and use of resources of all services,
  • improving the quality and timeliness of public services provided, housing — utilities, transport, highways, etc., related to the life of citizens,
  • on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the work of government agencies and services, the development of proposals for solving systemic problems in all spheres of life of the population.

FSM.Expert will allow you to control construction processes

According to the geolocation system of the Aktobe region, an inventory and certification of all state facilities of the region is carried out. The information and analytical system for monitoring development indicators of Aktobe region was introduced in December 2020 and includes 10 modules. The system contains data on the main indicators of the area. Analyzing big data in key areas (from security to the regional budget), the system allows us to conclude how stable the situation in a particular area is and how it is influenced by measures taken by government agencies. There is partial integration with the IS of the state body. Based on analytical data, it will be possible to make a decision in an expeditious manner.

49 new schools will be built in the region

As part of the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of the electoral program of the Nur Otan party: "The path of change: a decent life for every citizen!" — "Solving the problems of emergency and three-shift schools through the construction of 800 new schools by 2025" a 5-year plan (2021-2025) has been developed for the region, aimed at solving the above problems of schools in Aktobe region. Construction of 49 new schools is planned in the region.

In order to resolve the issue of operating 9 three-shift schools (Kargalinsky district-1 (Badamshinskaya secondary school No. 1), Temir district-1 (Shubarshi secondary school in the village of Shubarshi), Shalkar district-1 (school No. 5 in Shalkar), in Aktobe-6 (school No. 12, 53, 60, 63, 64, 68) for 2020-2022, a general transfer provides 9.5 billion tenge: 2020 — 3.6 billion tenge, 2021 — 2.7 billion tenge, 2022 — 3.2 billion tenge.This amount is allocated for the completion of previously started projects and the beginning of the construction of new schools.

At the beginning of 2020, there were 3 emergency schools in the region.

  2. Komsomolskaya secondary school, Komsomolskoe village, Aitekebi district. development of design and estimate documentation and SE for the new construction of a school for 270 places with a boarding school for 60 places.
  3. Terisakkan secondary school, Terisakkan village, Kobdinsky district. the construction of a new school for 60 places within the framework of the DKZ has been reduced.

By the end of 2024, the issue of operating three-shift and emergency schools will be resolved.

Birth rate in the region for the first half of the year increased by 13.3%

According to the Department of Statistics for the Aktobe region, as of June 1, 2021, 897,023 people live in the Aktobe region.

The population of the region is provided with medical care by 43 hospitals (25 state, 2 leading, 16 parts) and 439 APO (310 state, 10 leading, 119 parts), taking into account VA, FAP, MP and private doctors' offices.

4,122 (state 2,988) doctors and 8,102 (state 6,227) paramedical workers work in the region's medical organizations, which, respectively, makes up 33.6 and 70.9 personnel per 10 thousand population. For comparison, for the same period in 2020, there were 33.7 and 70.2 per 10 thousand of the population (the provision with doctors in public medical organizations decreased by 0.3% and the IDR by 0.1%).

In total, there are hospitals with 4,101 beds in the region, including 3,411 public beds.

Demographic indicators

  • The birth rate for the first half of the year was 24.07 per 1,000 population (2020 — 20.87) or an increase of 13.3%, which is higher the republican indicator by 7.4% (RK — 22.28);
  • The overall mortality rate was 7.09 per 1,000 population (2020 — 5.63) or an increase of 20.6% — lower than the republican indicator by 12.5% ​​(RK - 8.10%);
  • The natural increase in the region's population was 16.98 per 1,000 population (2020 — 15.24) or an increase of 10.2%, which is 16.5% higher than the republican level (RK — 14.18%);
  • The infant mortality rate was 12.15 per 1,000 live births (2020 — 8.32) or an increase of 31.5%, higher than the republican level by 33.2% (RK — 8.12);
  • Maternal mortality was 65.2 per 100 thousand people (2020 - 68.9) or a decrease of 5.4%.

The fight against coronavirus infection is not weakening

The total bed capacity of infectious hospitals in the region is 3,603 beds, of which 401 are intensive care beds. Currently, 435 infectious beds are deployed in the region (intensive care beds — 69), in reserve — 3,168 (332 intensive care).

Of the prepared 3,603 beds, 2,895 beds (80.3%) are equipped with oxygen. An oxygen station has been installed and is operating in the regional phthisiopulmonary center. The centralized oxygen system is installed in 4 hospitals (OKIB, narcology, SLPP, Chaika).

Medical institutions of the region have 367 lung ventilation devices, 582 oxygen concentrators, 626 oxygen cylinders, 787 Bobrov devices and 461 oxygen cushions.

At the outpatient level, 173 mobile teams have been formed in 37 medical organizations of the region. For the treatment of mild forms of COVID-19, 5 types of medicines were purchased (Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Rivaroxaban, Apixaban and Dabigatran) in the amount of 25.7 million tenge, 2,915 patients were provided with free medicines.

At the stationary level, a 2-month supply of medicines and personal protective equipment has been formed.

11 laboratories of Aktobe region conduct PCR testing to determine coronavirus infection (Aktobe regional branch of the National Center of Expertise RSE, Aktobe branch of KDL Olimp LLP, INVIVO LLP, Aigerim Beauty and Health Center LLP, Zere Medicals LLP, LLP Invitro, Aktobe Regional Center of Phthisiopulmonology, Healthy Generation, Shipager).

The total daily capacity of 11 laboratories is 5,400 analyzes per day. To date, 687,613 PCR tests have been carried out.

Vaccination is being actively carried out

Since Feb. 1, 2021, a total of 344,725 doses of vaccines have been received in the region, of which 259,725 doses of Sputnik V vaccine (I comp — 147,725, II — 112,000), KazVac — 7,000 dose (I comp — 3,500, II — 3,500), HayatVax — 56,000 doses (I comp — 28,000, II — 28,000), Koronavac — 22,000 doses (I comp — 11,000, II comp — 11,000).

In total, 186,989 people were vaccinated with the first component and 100,789 second component.

Information and explanatory work is carried out through radio / television broadcasting, mass media. From June 25 to Aug. 10, 2021, the action "Get a Vaccine - Win a Car" is being held.

The following persons are allowed to participate in the promotion: persons aged 18 and over, regardless of the place of registration, who have undergone vaccination with the first component of any vaccine against coronavirus infection (COVID-19) from June 25, 2021 to September 25, 2021 at vaccination points deployed on the territory of Aktobe region according to the data of IS Vaccination. Prize fund: 2021 Chevrolet Cobalt car, 3 smartphones, 3 tablets, 3 sports bicycles, 3 robot vacuum cleaners.

There are over 18 thousand sports sections in the region

In order to develop and promote physical culture and sports in the city of Aktobe and the regions of the region, sports days, tournaments, championships in sports are held. Since the beginning of the year, 610 sports events have been held, reaching more than 22 thousand people. Of these, 3 international tournaments, 9 republican and 10 regional competitions.

For the first half of 2021, the coverage of those involved in physical culture and sports amounted to 32.24% or 289,769 people of the total population.

Today there are 18,047 sports clubs in the region.

The coverage of children and adolescents involved in sports in children and youth sports schools at the age of 6-18 is 19,484 people or 12.18% of the contingent of schoolchildren.

There are also 9 children's and youth physical training clubs that have opened at the courtyard clubs of the Department of Education. The number of children in them is 4,073.

Population of the region is provided with centralized water supply by 96.3%.

In 2020, within the framework of the Employment Roadmap program from the budget in the amount of 2.1 billion tenge, 9 projects were implemented to modernize engineering networks.

As a result of the implementation of the projects, 7.1 km of water supply networks, 17.9 km of sewerage networks, 6.9 km of heat supply networks were repaired.

Within the framework of the program "Auyl - El Besigі" in the amount of 302.1 million tenge, 12.8 km of water supply networks were repaired.

From the republican budget with co-financing from the regional budget, projects were implemented to modernize water supply networks for 2.8 billion tenge, thereby repaired 139.4 km of water supply networks in the region.

The disbursement of budgetary funds for these areas was carried out in full.

This year it is planned to reconstruct a bio-treatment plant in the city of Emba, Mugalzhar district, as well as to reconstruct sewage networks in the village. Bozoi of the Shalkar region, thus 6.4 km of sewerage networks will be repaired. It is planned to complete the expansion of the left and right bank Ilek water intakes in Aktobe in the amount of 1.9 billion tenge. In the Shalkar region, 3 projects are being implemented to reconstruct 169.2 km of water supply networks for 2.4 billion tenge, and 16.1 km of water supply networks will be repaired in the Khromtau region for 279 million tenge.

There are 323 settlements in the region, of which 199 or 61.6% are provided with centralized water supply, 124 or 38.4% use decentralized water supply.

The indicator of provision of centralized water supply to the population of the region is 860.9 thousand people or 96.3%.

In 2021, 28 projects are being implemented (18 — construction, 10 — reconstruction) of water supply in the amount of 8.4 billion tenge.

The implementation of these projects will increase access to centralized water supply in the population up to 869.3 thousand people or 97.3%, in settlements — 215 NP or 66.6%.

Installation of an integrated block module (IBM).

This year, in the village of Kanai, Kobdin district, a IBM was installed for 12 million tenge.

Also, in 6 villages (Martuk district - Dmitrievka, Zhanazhol, Pervomayka, Pokrovka; Uilsky district - Karakol, Kubasay), work is underway to assemble the IBM; in 2 villages (Ayteby region - Kiyakty; Kobdinsky region - Kogaly) competitive procedures are underway; in 1 village (Karakemer village, Kobdinki district), it is planned to install IBM at the expense of sponsorship funds.

At the end of 2021, gas supply indicator in the region will amount to 92.6%

On the issues of gas supply, to date, out of the total 323 settlements of the region, 126 (39%) are gasified, in which more than 819 thousand people (91.6%) live.

In 2020-2021, 25 gas supply projects are being implemented in the amount of 5.9 billion tenge.

Of these:

- 18 projects at the stage of construction and installation work;

- tender procedures for construction and installation work have been announced for 5 projects;

- 2 projects are planned to be implemented within the investment program of APF JSC KTGA.

As a result of the implementation of these projects, in 2021 gas will be provided to 14 villages with a population of 8.6 thousand people (Aiteke bi - Araltogay, Belkopa; Alga - Amangeldy; Irgiz - Akshi, Kurylys, Shenbertal; Kargala - Ashilisay; Martuk - Verenka, Voznesenovka; Mugalzhar - Zhuryn, Elek; Kobda - Sarybulak; Khromtau - Tasotkel, Akbulak). At the end of 2021, the gas supply indicator will be 92.6% or 827 thousand people will be provided with gas.
