Meeting with members of Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve held in Ukimet Uyi

Today, Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Galymzhan Koishybayev and the heads of structural divisions of the Prime Minister’s Office met with members of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

In his speech, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office recalled that supporting promising and talented youth, involving them in the work of state bodies was one of the first instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Especially now, during the formation of the New Kazakhstan, including the representatives of the youth personnel reserve will affect the future of the whole country.

Galymzhan Koishybayev spoke in detail about the structure and work of the Office of the Prime Minister, explained to the audience the main tasks facing the departments and employees of the state body.

“Each of our employees solves a large and versatile block of issues that are part of his job functions. During the difficult periods of the pandemic, the tragic January events, the office of the Chancellery showed its well-coordinated, efficient and efficient work for the benefit of the country,” he said.

Koishybayev added that the experience and qualifications of employees allow them to develop systemic solutions, analyze and carry out socio-economic forecasts on a par with industry government agencies. The meeting with representatives of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve was held in the format of an open dialogue. Young professionals asked questions of concern to them, shared their proposals, objective views and opinions on various topics related to their professional activities and the state apparatus. In particular, they were interested in the issues of de-bureaucratization of processes, the introduction of digital technologies, and the transparency of the work of government agencies.

Following the meeting, Koishybayev supported a number of initiatives and proposals voiced by representatives of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, noting that the Office of the Prime Minister is always ready for an open dialogue and exchange of views in all areas of its activities.
