Aizhan Bizhanova appointed First Deputy Minister of Trade and Integration

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bizhanova Aizhan Adilovna was appointed to the post of First Deputy Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Aizhan Bizhanova was born in 1982 in Almaty.

She graduated from Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, International Business Academy, Kainar Academy.

She started her career in 2003 as a manager in Kedentrasservice JSC.

From 2004 to 2007, she was a senior lawyer, head of the Legal Department of JSC "Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Information Technologies".

In 2010-2011, she was a leading specialist of the Registry Office and Legal Outreach and Provision of Legal Services to the Population of Zhetysu District of the Department of Justice of Almaty.

From 2011 to 2013, she worked in the structure of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2013 to 2014, she was the Director of the Department of Legal and Personnel Work of KazMedTech JSC.

From 2014 to 2018, she was an expert of the Department of Expertise Coordination, Managing Director-Director of the Department of Legislation and Development of Self-Regulation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".

In 2018-2019, she held senior positions in the structure of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2020, she was Director of the Department of Domestic Trade, Deputy Chairman of the Consumer Protection Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2021, she was the Head of Sector of the Socio-Economic Monitoring Division of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From November 2021 to date, she worked as Deputy Head of the Socio-Economic Monitoring Division of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
