By the order of the Minister of Energy, Talgat Amangeldievich Momyshev has been appointed Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Talgat Momyshev was born in 1968 in the Akmola region.
In 1990 he graduated from the Zhambyl Irrigation and Construction Institute, in 2001 - from the Almaty Institute of Economics and Statistics.
In 1994-1996, he was executive director of the Karakhan Kazakh-Turkish joint venture.
In 1997-1998, he was deputy director for State Supervision of the Zhambyl Center for Standardization and Metrology.
In 1998 he became president of Intersystem LLP.
In 1998-1999, he was senior assistant of the akim's apparatus of Zhambyl region.
In 1999-2000, he was chair of the Zhambyl Regional Committee for Investments and Wind Farm.
In 2000, he was head of the Almaty branch of the RSE Metrology, the first deputy director of the JSC National Accreditation Center.
In 2000-2005, he was head of the production department in Astana, JSC National Center for Expertise and Certification.
In 2005-2010, he was deputy chair of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In 2010-2014, he was chair of the Committee for State Inspection in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Oil and Gas.
In 2014-2016, he was chair of the Committee for Environmental Regulation, Control and State Inspection in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Energy.
In 2016-2018, he was state inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2018-2019, he was deputy akim of Zhambyl region.
From April 8, 2019 to January 19, 2021, he was executive secretary of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
