Tolegen Ospankulov appointed Chairman of Committee of Labor and Social Protection of Population

By decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Tolegen Ospankulov was appointed Chairman of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population - Chief State Labor Inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tolegen Ospankulov was born in 1961 in Almaty region.

He graduated from the Alma-Ata Zooveterinary Institute and Kyzylorda Academic University of Economics, Ecology and Law.

He started his career as a veterinary surgeon of the experimental farm KIZA, the foreman of dairy and livestock farm №1.

From 1988 to 1994, he worked as chief veterinarian of the farm 23 Party Congress, a chief, a foreman of the dairy complex.

From 1994 to 1997, he was chief veterinarian of the industrial complex KIZA.

From November 1998 to February 2001, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, state inspector, head of the sector of labour protection, head of the department of state labour inspection of Almaty.

2001-2008, he was Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population - Chief State Labour Inspector of Almaty region.

From 2009 to 2014, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Control and Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - Chief State Inspector if Kazakhstan.

From 2014 to 2017, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Health and Social Development - Chief State Labor Inspector.

From 2017, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - Chief State Inspector of Labor.
