Zhanar Zharylgassova appointed Head of Apparatus of the Ministry of Energy

By order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhanar Zharylgassova was appointed Head of the Apparatus of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhanar Zharylgassova was born in 1973 in Zhambyl.

She graduated from Esenov Aktau Polytechnic University, Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National School of Management (France).

She began her career in 1996 as a leading engineer of the Department of Chemical Technology of Fuel and Hydrocarbon Metals of Satpayev KazNTU.

In 2000-2008, she worked in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

In 2008-2010, she was Chief Expert of the Department of Licensing, Licensing Control and Legal Support of the Committee for State and Energy Supervision of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2014, she held various positions in the departments of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2020, she worked in senior positions in the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From January 2020, she has been Head of the Sector of the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
