Urken Bisakayev dismissed as vice minister of culture and sports

By decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Urken Bisakayev was relieved as vice minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the submitted application.

Urken Bisakayev was born Sep. 24, 1977, in the West Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University, Caspian State University named after Yessenov.

In various years he worked in the akimat of Mangystau region.

From May to September 2019, he served as chair of the Board of JS NC Kazakh Tourism.

From September 2019, he has been vice minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
