Yeraly Tugzhanov takes part in opening of Palace of Arts in Uralsk

As part of his working trip to the West Kazakhstan region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yeraly Tugzhanov took part in the grand opening of the Atameken Palace of Arts, which united under its vaults all art groups that exist in the regional center, representatives of all directions of culture.

Within the walls of the concert hall of the Palace for 1,120 seats, famous works of domestic and world classics performed by the orchestra of Kazakh folk instruments named after Dauletkerey, the pop-symphony orchestra of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region and the orchestra of Russian folk instruments in Uralsk.

Outstanding cultural figures of Kazakhstan — Ayman Musakhodzhaeva, Birzhan Khasangaliev, Dina Khamzina, Nurlan Bekmukhambetov, Zhanna Orynbasarova, Elena Nizamutdinova and Zhuldyzbek Uteskaliev — demonstrated their skills to the guests. The artists noted the exceptional acoustics created in the concert hall.

The large art gallery of the center has already hosted an exhibition of works by artists from the Netherlands and Italy, as well as an exposition of the regional history and local history museum of the West Kazakhstan Region. Pictures of artists of the region, country and works of international authors will be exhibited here.

In the Atameken Palace of Arts it is planned to hold not only concerts and exhibitions, but also international forums and other cultural events.
