The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the epidemiological situation in the country is extremely difficult, 16 regions are in the "red zone". The occupancy of infectious sites in hospitals of the country has reached 54%. The health care system is carrying a burden twice as much as last year. And managing the situation on the non-proliferation of coronavirus infection, understanding and assistance in this matter on the part of entrepreneurs is a very important factor in the fight against the pandemic.

Working within the framework of the ASHYQ system made it possible not only to take control of the sanitary and epidemiological situation at socio-economic facilities, but also to provide an opportunity not to lose the functionality of the business, to save jobs. For their part, business representatives expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work in quarantine conditions and assured that they would continue to comply with all their obligations and urge their colleagues to do so.

“We always adhere to the conscientious work of the country's entrepreneurs, so as not to stop the life of the economy and small and medium-sized businesses engaged in the service sector, which employs more than 2 million people. We are glad that the state is committed to supporting conscientious and responsible business,” said Ablay Myrzakhmetov, Chairman of the Board of Atameken NCE, in his speech.

Entrepreneurs have launched a two-week monitoring initiative, from 2 to 9 August, to consider allowing the best performing Leaders to work on weekends. In addition, it was decided to create a public movement of the Leaders of the ASHYQ project.

Tugzhanov said that the state will create all conditions for the operation of critical SME facilities. He called for the need to find a balance between profit and protection of the health of citizens, and also emphasized that the only way to restore the usual way of life is vaccination. It is necessary to conduct a broad information policy on immunization in order to develop herd immunity.

The Deputy Prime Minister instructed the responsible state bodies and akimats, together with NCE Atameken, to work out all the voiced initiatives and, if necessary, make agreed proposals to the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on preventing coronavirus infection.
